This Privacy Policy explains how Antics Labs™ collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website or our app, PuttPuttPro™.
Information We Collect
- Website inquiries: When you submit a contact or support form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, inquiry topic, and message.
- Location data: Used to detect nearby mini-golf courses and improve course suggestions. This is only accessed while the app is in use and never stored on our servers.
- Usage data: We use analytics (Amplitude) to understand how users interact with the app and to improve features.
- Advertising data: We show ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device’s advertising ID for personalized ads, in compliance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
How We Use Your Information
Website inquiry information is used to respond to requests and route them appropriately. App information is used to provide and improve the PuttPuttPro experience, suggest nearby courses, track gameplay stats, and support our ability to keep the app free via ads.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:
- Amplitude (analytics)
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
- Web3Forms (website form processing and delivery)
Data Retention
PuttPuttPro does not require us to collect names or email addresses. Web3Forms stores website form submissions for 30 days on its free plan. We may retain messages delivered to us only as needed to respond to the inquiry and maintain appropriate business records. Usage data is retained by Amplitude and AdMob according to their policies.
Your Choices
- You can disable location access in your device settings.
- You can opt out of personalized ads through your device’s advertising settings.
